We specialise in cleaning components using the latest Vapour blasting, Grit blasting and Ultrasonic cleaning processes. These cleaning processes are applicable to all automotive vehicle parts, e.g cars, motorbikes, lorries etc. Vapour blasting uses water and an abrasive medium blasted at the component. The water buffers and lubricates the particles on impact allowing a quality finish to be produced without damaging the component. Grit blasting is the process of using compressed air to propel abrasive media at a surface to clean, debur or to prepare a surface for a coating. Ultrasonic cleaning uses sound waves passed through liquid in a cleaning tank that will remove even the most stubborn dirt and contamination. A significant benefit of ultrasonic cleaning is its ability to reach hidden areas.
The vapour blasting process is suitable for aluminium, Bronze, Magnesium, Titanium, Brass, and Copper. It does not damage the surface unlike media blasting.
Ultrasonic cleaning uses ultrasonic waves and selected detergents which remove dirt & residues from difficult and otherwise unreachable areas on components such as carburettors, jets etc.
Ideal for removing old coatings such as paints, rust and general cleaning giving a key to metals ready for repainting.
