Vapour Blasting - Grit Blasting - Ultrasonic Cleaning

We specialise in cleaning components using the latest Vapour blasting, Grit blasting and Ultrasonic cleaning processes.  Vapour blasting can typically be used to degrease / surface finish components in the automotive, reconditioning & maintenance industries. It can also be used to clean dies & moulds. The process is also ideal for the removal of paint, rust, scale, carbon and surface preparation prior to bonding, re-painting or re-coating. Grit blasting is often used to clean, debur or to prepare a surface for the next stage e.g. to apply a coating or undertake further cleaning.  Ultrasonic cleaning offers a highly effective method of precision cleaning components to a very high standard. Manual cleaning or spray wash methods may struggle with difficult to reach crevices but these problems can be successfully addressed using ultrasonic cleaning. Difficult parts like carburettor internal tubes & jets can be successfully ultrasonic cleaned to “as new” condition.
